Faith · Fitness · Fatherhood

Stronger in faith. Stronger in body. Present for your family.

Coaching for men who want to show up — for God, for their kids, for themselves. No pie-in-the-sky theory. Just real work, real accountability, real change.

"Be strong and courageous... for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." — Joshua 1:9

I'm not writing this from the mountaintop. I'm still climbing it myself — trying to be more disciplined, more present, more faithful. Most days I'm figuring it out one step ahead of you, not ten.

Faith to Change exists because I needed exactly this, and couldn't find it anywhere in one place: real fitness coaching, grounded in faith, built around the actual pressures of being a husband and a father — not detached theory from someone who's never missed a bedtime for work.

If you're tired of white-knuckling it alone, this is a place to actually change — together.

Founder & Coach Army Special Operations Veteran

Hey, I'm Gabe.

I'm a Special Operations Army veteran and a busy father myself — juggling work, family, and trying to stay strong in faith through all of it. I started Faith to Change because I was looking for exactly this: a way to get stronger physically without losing sight of who I'm trying to become as a man of faith and a father.

I don't have it all figured out, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise. What I can offer is a real plan, real accountability, and a willingness to walk through it with you — one week at a time.

This isn't a side project. It's the work I want to spend my life doing.
